Finally, after 50 years of bouncing back and forth between deprivation and overindulgence I am now finding an easy balance. It feels wonderful to know I no longer need to suffer through a love/hate relationship with food and drink. I can calmly choose. I can enjoy what I eat because I no longer spend the entire time distracted by recriminations and regret.

The discussions Irene has with you allow you to discover what you really want for yourself. I used to think I had to achieve a certain number on a scale and would be constantly disappointed with myself for not being there. Now I know what I really want is to feel comfortable in my jeans. I no longer weigh myself and it is such a freedom from self-recrimination.

Irene has taught me how to change my life for the better. Gone are the rounds of deprivation and overindulgence, the recriminations and regret. Through the conversations with Irene I have realized what I really want for myself, my health. And with the tools Irene offers I have learned what techniques I find easy to help me make better choices that support me achieving my wants.
